Message frequency: varies based on your account activity (typically 1 message per sign-in attempt).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges depend on your mobile plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS.

Supported carriers: All major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
